Keepers of the Flame: The First
30 Years of the Sacramento Poetry Center
On October 26, 2010 (Sacramento
Poetry Day), Rattlesnake Press and the Sacramento Poetry Center
celebrated “the first 30 years” of SPC with a collection of
essays, photographs and other memorabilia collected over those
30 years. Edited by Mary Zeppa, who was assisted by Kate Ashe
and Emmanuel Sigauke (with lay-outs by Richard Hansen and
additional photography by Charlie McComish), Keepers of the
Flame includes essays by Patrick Grizzell,
Susan Kelly-DeWitt, MerryLee Croslin,
Julia Connor,
Victoria Dalkey,
Danyen Powell,
Bob Stanley, Stan Zumbiel, and interviews of Luke Breit and SPC
Founder Theresa Vinciguerra.
